RETURNS INFORMATION 

Returning a product if you've changed your mind.

We hope you love our products as much as we do, however we understand at times a product may not be quite right. 

Our returns policy lasts 14 days for full price and sale priced items. If the returns window has past, please still submit a request and we'll see how we can assist.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not returned to us in accordance with these conditions. 

What to do if my item is faulty or damaged?

Please check your item as soon as you receive it, if an item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item on hello@tonesandtextures.co.uk. Anything beyond 24 hours of receiving may not be dealt with. We may then ask you to provide us with photos of the damage so we can look into this further for you. 

If a replacement is available, we will send this out to you. If not then a refund will be issued. 

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your item for another item, please send us an email at hello@tonesandtextures.co.uk and we'll see what we can do. If the exchange request cannot be fulfilled then a refund will be issued. 

Is anything exempt from the Returns Policy?

Gift Cards - Please note that this returns policy does not apply to gift cards as our gift cards are non refundable. 

How do I return the item? 

To complete your return, please email hello@tonesandtextures.co.uk with your name, delivery address and order number with the reasons why you wish to return an item, and we will forward on the returns instructions & address via email. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do advise recorded or tracked delivery, and Tones & Textures are not liable for items which are lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us. 

When will my return be processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and are processing your returned item. 

Please note that if you are eligible for a refund, this is for the cost of the item only and does not cover the shipping cost. 

Once the return has been accepted, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please note this can vary by payment provider.
