How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You will then receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Currently we are only shipping orders to mainland UK.

We use Royal Mail, Yodel & DPD for all UK deliveries.

What to do if my parcel has not arrived?

Please contact us via hello@tonesandtextures.co.uk along with your order number if you are experiencing any delays with your order, or if there are any other issues with your order. Where necessary, please also help with sending any pictures to support any issues raised.
